TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E136 OF 2024 By Edward Otieno Owino, of P.O. Box 134–40405, Rongo in Kenya, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jopanya Odhong, who died at Kamreri Sub- location, on 18th April, 1978. CAUSE NO. E134 OF 2025 By Benter Anyango Ouma, of P.O. Box 83–40405, Sare Awendo in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paulo Olweny Owiti alias Paul Olweny, who died at Waware Sub-location, on 1st January, 2005. CAUSE NO. E155 OF 2025 By (1) Maurice Otieno Obudho and (2) Collins Odoyo, both of P.O. Box 1–40404, Rongo in Kenya, the deceased’s grandsons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ogendi Otieno alias Michael Injulu Ogendi, who died at Kanyadieto Sub-location, on 13th February, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
