E95 OF 2024 By Mary Jelagat Keter, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiben arap Tarus alias Kiberen arap Kiptarus, who died at Kapsabet, Mosop Sub-location, on 28th August, 2023. CAUSE NO. E24 OF 2025 By (1) Grace Melly and (2) Anne Boson, both of P.O. Box 1315– 30300, Kapsabet in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Ringis Tuwei alias Ringis arap Tuwei, who died at Itigo Sub-location, on 15th November, 1983. CAUSE NO. E61 OF 2025 By (1) Joel Bittok, (2) Mary Jepnyango Sitienei, (3) Dinan Jepkuto Solomon and (4) Jane Sitienei, all of P.O. Box 3939–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s son, daughter and widows, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Solomon Sitienei Kapsaos, who died on 3rd May, 2017.
