TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: 9th October, 2025 THE KENYA GAZETTE CAUSE NO. E24 OF 2025 By (1) Maina Ndung’u Michara and (2) Selinah Njeri Mugo, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndung’u Macharia Kinyua alias Ndungu Michara, who died at Central Lamu, on 9th March, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
