TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E45 OF 2025 By Julius Mumo Kimotho, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muinde Matolo alias Muindi Matolo, who died at Ngelelya Sub-location, on 31st January, 1981. CAUSE NO. E73 OF 2025 By (1) Josphat Ndolo Kivati and (2) Susan Kalondu Kibati, both of P.O. Box 511–01020, Kenol in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Johana Kibati Umwa, who died at Karinini Sub- location, on 3rd April, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
