TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2025 By (1) Mohamed Ali Aidid and (2) Omar Ali Aidid, both of P.O. Box 50728–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ali Aidid Abdi, who died at Antaliya Hospital in Kenya, on 9th May, 2023. CAUSE NO. E42 OF 2025 By Habon Mohamed, of P.O. Box 90462, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mohamed Abdi Tarabi Abdi, who died at Beleview South Hospital in Kenya, on 16th December, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
