THE CONSTITUTION

APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 13 of the Urban
Areas and Cities Act, and all enabling provision of laws and upon
approval by the County Assembly of Samburu in its third Assembly,
3rd session held on the 10th December, 2024, I, Jonathan Lati Lelelit,
Governor, Samburu County appoints—
Andrew Lenanyokie,
Selina Akiru,
Yussuf Isaak,
Pius Lobuk,
Nickson Lesimale,
Simon Mburu Kinyanjui,
Esther Wanjiru Kamau,
to be members of Maralal Municipality Board, for a period of five (5)
years, with effect from the 11th December, 2024.
