PURSUANT to section 26 of the County Assembly of Kisii Standing Orders, notice is given to the Kisii County Assembly and members of the public that Thursday, 16th October, 2025, has been appointed as a day for special sitting of the County Assembly of Kisii at the County Assembly Chambers, commencing at 9.00 a.m. for the purpose of transacting the following business: 1. Approval of the Kisii County Supplementary Budget Estimates for the Financial Year 2025/2026. 2. Tabling and Approval of the Kisii County County 2024/2025 Budget Review and Outlook Paper (CBROP) Report. 3.
