PURSUANT to the provisions of Articles 6 (2) and 189 of the Constitution of Kenya, sections 24, 25 and 26 of the Intergovernmental Relations Act and section 118 of the County Governments Act, 2012, it is notified for the general information of the public that on the 19th May, 2025, the County Government of Makueni entered into an Intergovernmental Partnership Agreement with the Ministry of Education for the issuance of bursaries and scholarships within Makueni County. A copy of the said agreement is available for inspection at the office of the County Executive Committee Member, ICT, Education and Internship. Dated the 26th September, 2025.
