REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Le Pleiadi Investments Limited, of P.O. Box 5350– 80200, Malindi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land in freehold ownership interest, situate in the Malindi Toenship in Kilifi District, known as Portion No. 662/5 File 4508, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said folio in respect of this title has been lost or misplaced, and whereas the owners have executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof unless a written objection is received within that period, I shall proceed with the registration of the said deed of indemnity and reconstruct the land register as provided under section 33(5) of the land registration Act No. 3 of 2012.
