REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Joseph Ngunga Kimani (deceased), is registered as proprietor of in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.1410 hectare or thereabouts, known as Makuyu/Kiriaini/Block II/1339, situate in the district of Murang’a, and whereas Naomi Wambui Njau is the administrator of the said estate, and whereas the said land register issued in respect thereof is missing and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed under section 33 (5) provided that no objection has been received within that period within that period.
