REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Killion Nashon Oloo Ochido, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land, known as Kisumu/Jimmo Middle/1447, situate in the county of Kisumu, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Kisumu in Succession Cause No.24 of 2016 (formerly HCC Mics.243 of 2011 O.S), has issued an order to the land registrar to rectify the tile by removing Killion Nashon Oloo Ochido and register Lucia Owalla Awino, under adverse possession, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed to Lucia Owalla Awino, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Killion Nashon Oloo Ochido, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
