MAINS FROM THIKA DAM TO KIGORO TREATMENT PLANT TO GIGIRI TANKS DELETION, ADDENDUM AND INQUIRY IN PURSUANCE of section 112 and 162 (2) of the Land Act, Part VIII and further to Gazette Notice Nos. 3125 of 2020, 3946 of 2020,10920 and 10921 of 2020 and 7487 of 2022, 7660 of 2020, 7488 of 2022 and 7187 of 2024, the National Land Commission on behalf of Athi Water Works Development Agency, gives notice that the National Government intends to delete and add below listed parcels of land and further hearing of claims to compensation for interested parties in the land required for construction of the project, shall be held on the date and places shown below: SCHEDULE Land Parcel Registered Owner (s) Acq.
