NOTICE is given that Mr. Kamal Anantroy Bhatt and Mr. Jai Kamal Bhatt, of Anant Bhatt -LLP, were appointed as receivers and managers [“the Receivers”] of East Land Hotel Limited (“the company”), on 9th September, 2025, by Equity Bank (Kenya) Limited [“the Bank”]. The purpose of this notice is to notify all interested stakeholders that following the Receivers appointment, the affairs and business of the Company shall be directed by the Receivers. The powers of the Receivers extend to all assets and undertakings of the Company. Only the Receivers and their Representatives are authorised to deal with the assets of the Company. The powers of the Directors in terms of dealing with the Company’s business and assets no longer apply. Any person who purports to hold, receive, use or 6960 6960 attempts to buy or sell, contract or otherwise deal with the assets of the Company or with the Company without the prior written consent of the Receivers will be acting in contravention of the law and will be liable to legal action. The Receivers acts on behalf of the company without any personal liability.
