NOTICE is issued pursuant to section 5 of Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) laws of Kenya and following an authority and an order under Criminal Miscellaneous Application No. E1598/2025 in the Magistrate’s Court at Makadara Law Courts to the public/owners/custodians of motorcycles, assorted metals, items which are lying idle and unclaimed within Mowlem Police, Kariobangi Police Post and Kwa Maji Police Post yards, respectively, to collect the said motorcycles, assorted metals, items at the said yards within thirty (30) days from the date of this publication.
