Box 76113–00508, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of Miano Njeru (minor), formerly known as Nathan Miano Njeru, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Nathan Miano Njeru, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Miano Njeru, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Miano Njeru only.
