Box 1512–90100, Machakos in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of Regina Mutei Paul, formerly known as Regina Wanza Paul, formerly and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Regina Wanza Paul, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Regina Mutei Paul for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Regina Mutei Paul only.
