REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Rael Jemutai Lagat, of P.O. Box 18, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, containing 0.0527 hectare or thereabouts, known as Nakuru Municipality Block 24/346, situate in the county of Nakuru, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land register issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the property land register shall be constructed under provisions of section 33 (5) of the Act provided that no objection has been received within that period.
