INQUIRY IN PURSUANCE of Section 112 and 162 (2) of the Land Act No. 6 of 2012 Part VIII and further to Gazette Notice Nos. 3769 dated 29th March, 2022, 11726 and 11727 dated 20th September,2022 and 15998 and 15999 dated 22nd December,2022 the National Land Commission on behalf of Kenya Rural Roads Authority (KeRRA) gives notice that inquiry to hear claims to compensation for the interested parties in the land required for Rehabilitation of International School of Government-Gathiga Road in Kiambu County shall be held on the date and place shown here below:- SCHEDULE Parcel No. Registered Owner (s) Acq.
