NOTICE is hereby issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya and following an order by the Magistrates Court at Msambweni law Courts, under miscellaneous case No. E002 of 2025 to the owners of the Motor –cycles, bicycles and cow at Lungalunga Police station within Fourteen (14) days from the date of this publication of this Notice, failure to which Autoland Auctioneers Mombasa shall proceed to dispose of the said items.
