NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, that all customers who brought the following cars KCX834R (Nissan Note) KDC 009X (Ford Raptor) KBN 946R (Nissan Navara) for repairs on or before 22nd July,2025, and are with Ghophat auto garage, Service Department, to collect them upon payment of repair or service charges within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice. Failure to collect the said goods within the given notice shall lead to the said goods being disposed or sold to recover repair and storage costs.
