Box 4465– 00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Morin Wanjiru Warui, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Morin Wanjiru Warui, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Morin Wanjiru Gatugi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Morin Wanjiru Gatugi only.
