PURSUANT to Standing Order No. 26 (3) of the County Assembly of Mombasa Standing Orders, it is notified for the information of members of the County Assembly and the general public that there will be a special sitting of the County Assembly which shall be held at the County Assembly Chambers, on Thursday, 18th December, 2025, at 10.00am. for the purpose of— (a) Consideration of the Mombasa County Annual Development Plan 2026/2027; (b) Consideration of the Mombasa County Finance Bill, 2025; (c) Consideration of Report on vetting of Ibrahim Khamis Mutwafy, the nominee for the position of County Executive Committee Member for Blue Economy, Co-operatives, Agriculture and Livestock; and (d) Report on vetting of Jonathan Wepukhulu, the nominee for the position of County Executive Committee Member for Public Service Administration, Youth, Gender and Sports.
