THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Al Karim Badrudin Sunderji, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land, containing 4.16 hectares or thereabout, situate in Taita Taveta County, registered under the title No. Mbololo/Tausa/4249, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Milimani HCCOMMMISC/124/2014 vide a Court Order dated the 5th December, 2025 ordered and decreed the property be vested absolutely in the name of Justine Kendi Mungania, and the land registrar is directed to issue a title deed to Justine Kendi Mungania, without the need for production of the land title deed held by Al Karim Badrudin Sinderji, notice is given that the title deed held by Al Karim Badrudin Sinderji shall be cancelled after the issuing of the new land title deed to Justine Kendi Mungania, after all the requisite Government fees have been paid.
