TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E7 OF 2025 By Bodaliker Maniben Dhirajlal Dullabhbh, c/o P.O. Box 617– 40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dhirajlal Durlabh Jivan Bodalikar, who died at Milimani, Kisumu, on 6th October, 2020. CAUSE NO. E8 OF 2025 By (1) Sarah Chepkurui Singoe, (2) Wesley Kibet Mutai and (3) Paul Kiprono Mutai, all, of P.O. Box 150, Koru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joshua Kimutai Keino, who died, on 15th June, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
