TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2025 By (1) Rachel Nyawira Gituru and (2) Jonah Gituru Kuria, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Kuria Gituru, who died at Better Living Hospital in Kenya, on 14th June, 2024. CAUSE NO. E20 OF 2025 By (1) Peris Nyambura Maina, (2) Alice Wanjugu Mbuthia and (3) James Irungu Wagako, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Kamau Wagako, who died at M. P. Shah Hospital in Kenya, on 10th May, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
