TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E20 OF 2024 By Francis Mwangi Gitonga, of P.O. Box 774–20300, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngitonga Ndunyu alias Hiram Gitonga Ndunyu, who died at Nyahururu Hospital in Kenya, on 27th June, 1988. CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2025 By (1) Regina Mwihahi Ndungu and (2) Elizabeth Maurine Wanjira Gichuhi, both of P.O. Box 1943, Nyahururu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gichuhi John Wakanyi alias John Wakanyi Gichuhi, who died at Kitengela, on 25th November, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
