TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: 26th May, 2025 THE KENYA GAZETTE CAUSE NO. E35 OF 2024 By (1) Alice Cherono Tonui and (2) Gilbert Kipngetich Langat, both of P.O. Box 129, Sotik in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkemoi arap Tonui, who died at Kipsonoi, on 27th January, 2023. CAUSE NO. E13 OF 2025 By (1) Hellen Chepkorir Koske, (2) Richard Kipkemoi Cheruiyot and (3) Henry Cheruiyot, all of P.O. Box 290, Sotik in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration testate to the estate of Cheruiyot Koskei, who died at Kimolwet Sub-location, on 23rd October, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
