TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2025 By (1) Wycliffe Musalia Mudavadi and (2) Geoffrey Kegode Mudavadi, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rosebella Mudavadi alias Rosebella Jerono Mudavadi, who died on 24th November, 2021. CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2025 By (1) Wycliffe Musalia Mudavadi and (2) Geoffrey Kegode Mudavadi, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hannah Mudavadi alias Hannah Atsianzale Mudavadi, who died on 28th December, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
