TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E186 OF 2024 By (1) Edna Pendo Jungo and (2) Mary Kache, both of P.O. Box 43541–80100, Kilifi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and sister, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alfred Zuma Ngome, who died at Diani, Kwale County, on 7th August, 2013. CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2025 By (1) Grace Akumu Nyakure and (2) George Gumbo Felix, both of P.O. Box 16514–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Felix Odhiambo Gumbo, who died at Mombasa, on 8th August, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
