Box 2056–00902, Kikuyu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mburu Kabecha Njaga, who died on 28th March, 2011. CAUSE NO. E149 OF 2025 By David Mwaniki Kahara, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jecinta Wathira Kahara, who died on 8th October, 2016. CAUSE NO. E107 OF 2025 By (1) Stephen Wanyoro Mbugua and (2) Hannah Njoki Kingara, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Beatrice Wanjiku Mbugua, who died on 5th December, 2023. CAUSE NO. 178 OF 2025 By (1) Charles Muchene Kahara, (2) Isaac Njoroge Kahara and (3) Minnie Ngina Kahara, all of P.O. Box 11317–00400, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Leonard Kahara Muchene alias Leonard Kahara, who died on 1st November, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
