TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E71 OF 2025 By (1) Anastacia Nyokabi Waithira and (2) Esther Waithira Mukora, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Maina Ngugi, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 24th January, 2025. CAUSE NO. E73 OF 2025 By (1) Eric Gitau Munjiru and (2) James Njagu Gitau, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rose Munjiru Gitau, who died at Kiarutara Sub-location, on 27th January, 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
