TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E329 OF 2024 By (1) David Ndungu Muya, (2) David Gitau Muya and (3) Milka Wanjiru Muya, all of P.O. Box 45266–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muya Githuma, who died at Ndenderu, on 23rd October, 2013. CAUSE NO. E76 OF 2025 By (1) Harrison Ikumbu Wanjiku and (2) Titus Mungai Wainaina, both of P.O. Box 71, Matathia in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Wanjiku Ikumbu, who died at Kenyatta University Teaching Research and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 20th April, 2005. CAUSE NO. E82 OF 2025 By (1) Stanley Mburu Iburia and (2) Alice Nyambura Iburia, both of P.O. Box 211–00900, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Iburia Nganju, who died at Kiambu Hospital in Kenya, on 1st April, 1990. CAUSE NO. E103 OF 2025 By (1) Joseph Kamau Njuguna and (2) David Macharia Njuguna, both of P.O. Box 71–00221, Matathia in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njuguna Kareithi alias Joseph Njuguna, who died at Matimboi, Kiambu, on 11th July, 2001. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
