TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E13 OF 2024 By Beatrice Gatitu Kairira, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Kairira Mathiu, who died at Nairobi Women’s Hospital, Meru in Kenya, on 1st May, 2021. CAUSE NO. E122 OF 2024 By John Kaguanyu Macharia, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Wairimu Macharia, who died on 5th February, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
