Box 195, Ndaragwa in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Geofrey Mwangi Ritho alias Geoffrey Mwangi Ritho, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Nyeri in Kenya, on 9th September, 2017. CAUSE NO. 59 OF 2025 By Alice Wanjiku Mirie, of P.O. Box 20, Kaheho in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benson Mirie Kaguora, who died at Karandi, on 28th September, 2019. CAUSE NO. 75 OF 2025 By Ruth Wanjira Gitahi, of P.O. Box 1823–20300, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased;s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Clement Kanja Gitahi alias Clement Kanja Gatehi alias Kanja Gitahi, who died at A.I.C. Kijabe Hospital in Kenya, on 31st March, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
