TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E156 OF 2025 By (1) Pauline Nyaguthii Kariuki and (2) Nancy Wanjiku Muga, both of P.O. Box 102060–00101, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mark Karimi Muriithi, who died on 2nd July, 2021. CAUSE NO. E177 OF 2025 By Caroline Wanjiru Wanjiku, of P.O. Box 15, Kiamutugu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Wanjiku Muriithi, who died at Kianyaga Sub-county Hospital in Kenya, on 11th November, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
