TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E372 OF 2024 By Josephine Sese Mulatya, of P.O. Box 92857–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muthoka Mukombi, who died at Kisasi, on 1st July, 2001. CAUSE NO. E379 OF 2024 By Anne Mueni Ndemwa, of P.O. Box 42118–80100, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joyce Mumbua Ndemwa, who died in 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
