Box 5372–00506, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anastasia Anangwe Mukoko, who died at Katine Sub-location, Matungulu, on 22nd May, 2023. CAUSE NO. E13 OF 2025 By (1) Sabbas Muia Kisini, and (2) Mutinda Muiya Kisini, both of P.O. Box 759-90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nason Muia Kisini alias Muia Kisini, who died at Bishop Kioko Hospital in Kenya, on 1st January, 2002. CAUSE NO. E45 OF 2025 By (1) Titus Maingi Kioko and (2) Onesmus Nzioki Kioko, both of P.O. Box 44674–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutua Kioko, who died at Bishop Kioko Hospital in Kenya, on 5th June, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
