Box 1, Makueni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Katiku Muthiani Ndunda, who died at Ivinganzia, on 14th July, 2012. CAUSE NO. E166 OF 2023 By (1) Masila Musomba Katua and (2) James Mbatha Musomba, both of P.O. Box 1, Makueni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Musomba Katua, who died at Mubau, on 3rd August, 1982. CAUSE NO. E229 OF 2024 By Kimanga Kimulu Mang’ao, of P.O. Box 1, Makueni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimulu Nduma, who died on 23rd February, 1982. CAUSE NO. E106 OF 2025 By (1) David Muinde Kutu and (2) Tabitha Mumbua Mbuli, both of P.O. Box 49, Kitise in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwongeli Kutu Katumo alias Mwongeli Kutu Katuku, who died on 22nd December, 1995. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
