TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E74 OF 2024 By Robert Boiyo Ngeywa, of P.O. Box 856- 30200 Kitale, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kirui Kibusia Kurong, who died on 11th July, 2004. CAUSE NO. E17 OF 2025 By (1) Henry Wishaminya Asango and (2) Daniel Jagona Asango, of P.O. Box 1170-30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Festo Asango Sweriri, who died on 9th April, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
