E146 OF 2025 By Teresa Adhiambo Odongo, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sila Odongo Atinga, who died at Kanyamamba, on 20th October, 2000. CAUSE NO. E182 OF 2025 By Weisiko Victor Nyangi, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chana Mwita Nchama, who died at Masaba Sub-location in 2021. CAUSE NO. E190 OF 2025 By Abaitic Karmanga Ochali, of P.O. Box 195–40400, Suna in Kenya, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Warioba Thondoche alias Walioba Itondoche, who died at Tagache Sub-locatio, on 5th May, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
