TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E24 OF 2025 By (1) Samwel Odhiambo Ongech and (2) James Gor Omolo, both of P.O. Box 177–402601, Bondo in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pesila Aooro Omogo alias Pesila Aoro Omolo, who died at Kapiyo Sub-location, on 5th May, 2002. CAUSE NO. E51 OF 2024 By Wilfred Omuga Onyango, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Onyango Olang alias Julius Onyango Olang, who died at Abom Sub-location, on 6th September, 1995. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
