TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E8 OF 2025 By Peter Kipkurui, of P.O. Box 81, Sotik in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chepkwony arap Chumo, who died at Mojubeti, Bureti, on 11th January, 1983. CAUSE NO. E70 OF 2025 By (1) Richard Kipkoech Mutai and (2) Elijah Kipkemei Mutai, both of P.O. Box 45, Litein in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cheruiyot arap Chepngaina alias Cheruiyot Chepngania, who died at Tebesonik, on 5th August, 1969. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
