E130 OF 2025 By Peter Ayiecha Kionyo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ayiecha Getongwe, who died at Bogetenga, on 20th November, 1984. CAUSE NO. E137 OF 2025 By Nyangau Manwa, of P.O. Box 590–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Teresa Bonareri Manwa, who died on 22nd May, 2000. CAUSE NO. E138 OF 2025 By Zebedeo Omoiso Nyamwange, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyanwange Maiso. CAUSE NO. E140 OF 2025 By (1) Charles Makori, (2) Divinah Kwamboka Ochwang’I, (3) Gladys Kerubo Nyakundi and (4) Easther Kwamboka Makori, the deceased’s brother and sisters-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Ondieki Mogaka alias Joseph Okindo Mogaka, who on 16th November, 2021. CAUSE NO. E161 OF 2025 By Aloys Makori Nyangau, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Motari Nyangau.
