TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E41 OF 2025 By Sibranus Nyarango Kayuka, of P.O. Box 183, Getare in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sabastiano Omwega Aura, who died at Tabaka Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 8th June, 1989. CAUSE NO. E42 OF 2025 By Nyandusi Oigo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zablon Oigo Oseko, who died on 20th September, 2004. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
