E26 OF 2025 By (1) Alfred Safari, (2) Fikiri Cheah Baya and (3) Winny Zawadi Baya, the deceased’s sons and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fredrick Baya Thoya, who died on 8th October, 2017. CAUSE NO. E27 OF 2025 By (1) Alfred Safari, (2) Fikiri Cheah Baya and (3) Winny Zawadi Baya, the deceased’s sons and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nellie Nyevu Baya, who died on 5th August, 2021. CAUSE NO. E32 OF 2025 By Polina Mupa Kazungu, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Kazungu Jefwa, who on 15th September, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
