TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E37 OF 2025 By Giuseppe Annibale Simone, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Luciana Simone Perrin, who died on 9th March, 2022. CAUSE NO. E38 OF 2025 By Giuseppe Annibale Simone, the deceased’s brother-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Roger Marcel Perrin, who died on 9th March, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
