CAUSE NO. E59 OF 2024 By Ester Mukii Muia, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muia Munguti Kinyao, who died at Ulilinzi, Kibwezi, on 26th October, 2018. CAUSE NO. E13 OF 2025 By Kihatib Ali Abdallah, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Vaisa Muthoki Ali, who died at Makindu Sub-County Hospital in Kenya, on 6th October, 2022.
