E67 OF 2025 By Ayub Alila Atulo, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mark Atulo Mutumile alias Marko Etende Mutumila, who died at Mwitubwi Sub-location, on 6th December, 1997. CAUSE NO. E68 OF 2025 By Ayub Alila Atulo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simeon Atulo Mutumila alias Atulo Mutumila, who died at Mwitubwi Sub-location, on 31st December, 1983. CAUSE NO. E94 OF 2025 By Jared Nganyi Khakali, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Osimbo Nganyi alias Osimbo Nganyi, who died along the Eldoret–Webuye Highway, on 21st August, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
