E112 OF 2024 By Salina Aoko Matare, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Helena Ochieng Ogutu, who died on 15th August, 1995. CAUSE NO. E396 OF 2024 By (1) Michael El-Sama Oluoch and (2) Alice Achieng Oluoch, both of P.O. Box 760, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joel Oluoch Omiya, who died at Atoyieng’o, on 19th July, 2024. CAUSE NO. E222 OF 2025 By George Onyango Mbeyi, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Walter Mbeyi Opon, who died on 2nd April, 1999. CAUSE NO. E223 OF 2025 By (1) George Onyango Mbeyi and (2) Grace Akinyi Apill, the deceased’s grandson and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Opon Owiti Obera, who died on 10h March, 2003.
