TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2025 By (1) Elijah Osoro Ong’au and (2) Dennis Nyakebere Ong’au, both of P.O. Box 195, Ogembo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Ong’au Marube alias Ong’ou Marube, who died at Ogembo, on 27th September, 1986. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
